What the heck is Tux doing in a commercial?
EasyBits + Skype = Fear
Two days. Two days spent fighting a ******* (Insert swear word of choice here) software going by the name of EasyBits GO which installed on my PC via skype without my consent.
I first thought it was malware, many people did in fact, then I thought it was Crapware, which, as it turned out, was quite true.
A Skype PR just issued a statement on their blog stating that this was a real update, and a real mistake. EasyBits Media and Skype were pushing an update for their gaming “Extras” channel.
I hope this is all over now.
